OVEN COOK: Pre-heat oven to 170°C Fan, 190°C Electric, Gas mark 5. Remove sleeve, pierce film & place on baking tray in centre of oven for 35 mins. Stir well and ensure the product is piping hot before serving.

MICROWAVE: Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on microwave plate.
Cook on full power (850W) for 3 mins, stir gently and re-cover for 3 mins 30 seconds. Stir well and ensure food is piping hot before serving.
