Because filled pasta has so much flavour on its own, it doesn’t need to be overwhelmed by a powerful sauce. We’ve made our Lemon Butter which is delicate and sophisticated which will bring more depth.
Like our pasta and sauces, our butters are also made in our London pastificio, it is ready to be used immediately. Gently melt in a pan and incorporate it into your fresh pasta for an easy and delicious dish! Due to the versatility of our Lemon Butter it pairs well with all kinds of pasta, especially filled pasta.
Place the Butter into a frying pan on low heat and gently melt. Drain your pasta from the saucepan and combine, making sure some of the starchy pasta water makes it into the melted butter. Stir carefully until all the pasta is well coated.
