Given the continuing bitter cold weather - we thought it a good moment to introduce a new cut - brisket on the bone - it will come in at less than £10 for a 2kg joint, full of flavour & gelatinous- one of those dishes you can pop in the oven on a low heat and never really overcook.
Serve with mashed potato, or perhaps a swede and leek bake, and dream of warmer times.
