Calling chutney makers - Green Tomatoes are in!

Always a seasonal treat for the chutney makers amongst you , we have our annual batch of Green Tomatoes in this week!
They arent a new variety though, but simply some of the season's tomato crop just never ripen – but we proudly say waste not want not, and turn it into green tomato chutney! These non-maturing tommies when combined with a little sugar for sweetness, provide the perfect accompaniment to a cheese board.
If you are time-pressed – we do have some lovely red tomato chutney instead.....!
