Game Made Easy: Wild Teal & Partridge Fillets

We have a couple of new additions to our roster of game this week. We have Whole Wild Teal - generally viewed as the smallest and tastiest of all wild duck. And why not follow local resi Nigel Slater's tip of baking a couple of apples with each bird, as a sweet fruity compliment to the dark meat of the bird.

Or if you want game made really easy, then you have a choice of either dark woodpigeon fillets, or milder partridge fillets - both can be either pan fried, and are ready in minutes!
