Sobrasada returns: perfect for warming the cockles!

If you are looking for a warming and very tasty piece of charcuterie in this mid-winter chill, then we have the perfect treat - Trealy Farm's Sobrasada - a spreadable, cooked chorizo style sausage!

Wales's answer to the very popular N'duja, this is an extremely versatile sausage, that will go a long way - you can use a knob of it to stir into pasta, or add into a pot of lentils or beans. You can even just spread it on a slice of toast.

And at this time of year, its a great packet of flavour to have in your Fridge!
