Welcome return of Goat.

Back again, we have Goat from Morley Farm Oast, Sussex, available again this week. The feedback from the last round was incredible, so if you are hesitant about the wonders of goat it has the discerning farm-direct customer’s seal of approval.
Available in Shoulder (knuckle end, blade end), Full Rack, Half Rack, Breast, Neck (best end, scrag end), Half Leg, Chump Chops and Loin Chops, goat is a lean meat, containing less cholesterol and fat then both lamb and beef. Again,be careful not to overcook it to ensure it remains moist and tender.

N.B. In trying to keep the cuts as cheap as possible we have had to forgo diced goat this week as it is a lot of extra work for our butcher John.
