We try and offer a choice between the organic vs non-organic (whilst ensuring that our producers are local and small scale), but we realise that it we could do a much better job of providing you with information on what the differences are between organic and non-organic production methods. So for next week, we will talking to our producers, and putting together a little "compare and contrast", to help you make an informed choice.
