Last week of cuttlefish, grab it while you can.

The end of cuttlefish season is just around the corner - only a week or two left - so its time to make the most of this cheap, seasonal treat. Cuttlefish is richer than squid but lighter than octopus and comes strait from the British coast. Our localiresi Donna likes it braised in red wine (with some creamy mash on the side), while I prefer it as part of a traditional Portuguese Catapalana. Why not try it fresh, or buy some for the freezer, you may not get the chance until next year.
