Now is season we have
Cavolonero Kale... AKA Black Kale, has a rich flavour and is great in pasta, soups and salads.
Courgette flowers... they can be stuffed, deep fried or eaten raw in salads.
Crystal lemon cucumbers.. AKA Apple Cucumber, named because of its size and shape, this cucumber is slightly sweeter than your ordinary cucumber.
