We thought the first mutton was coming in this week, but there has been a mix up at the abattoir - so in fact it will be NEXT week now -
Having said that, we do have some good replacement - we have Rosé Veal in fresh this week, and of course the guns fell silent yesterday, and so we probably have two more weeks of game, so please do stock up on it, it freezes very well.
