First Wild Garlic Pesto from Gavin at Purely Pesto this week

We have the first Wild Garlic Pesto Tubs in from Gavin at Purely Pesto this week - there is always a 2-3 week lag between us offering the fresh leaves and Gavin makes his pesto, because he makes his pesto in Norfolk and the wild garlic is that much later appearing for him than the Wild Garlic we get from Martin at Ripple Farm in Kent (further South).

This pesto will be available through to mid-June only - so don't miss out! It goes really well with La Tua's fresh pasta, or (I find) as a marinade over a spatch-cocked or jointed Sutton Hoo Chicken.
