We have had a shortage of our organic Jersey butter these past two weeks from Ivy House Farm.
Geoff at Ivy House says that the reason for this is that the fast growing grass has dropped the butterfat in the milk so we do not have as much butterfat around to make into butter. Hopefully we will be back to normal this week.
