We have the first Comice Pears in as well, these take over from Beurre Hardy Pears, it will be their last week.
And we have loose carrots now coming in from Wild Fields Farm, Essex - they are always wonky and delicious.
On the green side, we have the first January King Cabbages from Ansi at Jacobs Farm - they have a distinctly radishy flavour to them - and so work really well in coleslaw, or for fermenting into sauerkraut.
