The traditional crusty white french stick. Made using a sourdough method with a little yeast. Our baguettes are baked with a good crust, we believe this gives a the maximum flavour.
How we like it:
A lovely compliment to any soup dish, cut into ovals and dipped inside soup.
Ingredients: Strong White Flour, a hint of Rye Flour, Water, a little Yeast, Sourdough Starter, Salt.
