Pork belly has become a favourite among restaurateurs and the public in recent years, and it’s easy to see why. The lovely flavour and creamy layer of fat combine to create a taste sensation and a real treat.

Portion: 3 slices (approx. 500g)

Serves: Up to 2 people


The Butcher: This cut is particularly good from traditional breed pigs, with fat that keeps the meat moist during slow cooking.

In The Kitchen: You can do almost anything with pork belly, from cooking it with an apple and sage crust, to grilling on the BBQ with a nice marinade.

Please note that all meat weights are approximate and may vary by 20% either way.  If weight varies more we will let you know.
