Borage Annual Seeds

Picture of Borage Annual Seeds

From Kings Seeds, Monks Farm, Kelvedon, Essex

What is interesting about Borage, is that it is the flowers that are also an edible part. The beautiful blue flowers can be used in salads to add the flavour of cucumber and even in summer drinks. the leaves can also be used and have the same cucumber flavour. Add the leaves or the flowers to an ice cold glass of water to make an especially refreshing drink for the summer. The leaves can also be added to a nice glass of Pimms!

Borage is very attractive to bees so will encourage them into your garden.
