Heritage varieties of Norfolk-grown red plums infused with warming cinnamon
We use two old and deeply flavoured English plum varieties, Victoria and Marjories Seedling, to make our plum preserve. A large proportion of the plums come from our own orchard and from Greenwoods Farm in the village.

Perfect on hot toasted English muffins for a winter teatime treat. Try adding a couple of spoonfuls to a plum crumble or frangipane tart - it is also delicious with a piece of vintage cheddar!
