A Lovely Easy Roast Partridge
Ingredients
- 2 x 375g oven-ready partridges
- 1 Large onion - Chopped
- 30g butter
- 1 Pack of Parma Ham
- Salt and Pepper
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C/fan 200°C/gas 7
2. Rub the skin of the Partridges with half of the butter and season with salt and black pepper, Place the remaining butter and the chopped onion inside the birds cavities
3. Wrap two pieces of Parma ham around the birds and then place the birds snugly inside a roasting tin
4. Roast in the Oven for approximately 30 minutes
5. Serve with your choice of seasonal veg
