Sprouting Broccoli in tempura batter is a beautiful thing - and is a lovely way to enjoy this particular winter vegetable.
We offer a simple recipe bag (399p), containing 400g of broccoli, the dry tempura batter mix, and a bottle of fizzy water.
You will need to provide the cooking oil (eg 500ml of rapeseed oil), and you can enjoy with perhaps some Soy Sauce.
