A really delicious Sunday breakfast:
Portobello mushrooms on walnut sourdough, with flat parsley & goat butter, and Coffee Real Brazilian coffee.
Just fry off the mushrooms, put on the toast, cut the parsley up finely, and set the coffee brewing.
When the mushrooms are browned, add a knob of goat butter into the pan, as well as the parsley and stir together.
Then turn onto the toast, pour the coffee.
A very happy start to the day of rest.
