Yellowfin tuna is a more expensive tuna than skipjack. We pack only high quality fillets - not chunks or pieces. Our yellowfin is too good for a mayo sandwich!

Use as a tapas eg with olives and or capers, lemon wedges, peppercorn, red pepper. Excellent in pasta sauce (add at end when sauce is off heat) and also in fresh salads - a nicoise or rice salad.

Our yellowfin tuna is fished one by one using pole and line rods with no by-catch by two local boats off the coast of Senegal and far from the breeding grounds where many juvenile fish are caught.
