Cooking Tips:

1. Slow Cooking - Though technically cooked already they will benefit from a slow heating. Put them in the oven on a low temperature for an hour or so.

2. Slice it and fry it like bacon. Perfect for a truly authentic Carbonara.

3. Grill it to crisp it up and then slice.

4. Simply pop them in a casserole or stew.
