Made with sourdough and freshly milled whole rye, our Biona Amaranth & Quinoa Rye bread is wheat free, high in fibre and contains no added yeast; the perfect addition to a wide range of diets. Both amaranth and quinoa are native to South America and are naturally high in protein, making our rye bread a nutritious and tasty choice. Light and soft in texture, it is ideal served with a variety of sweet and savoury toppings.
How we like it:
Why not try topping with creamy peanut butter and banana or smashed avocado, lime and tomato. Either enjoy it straight from the packet or pop it in the toaster for a wholesome and healthy snack or meal.

Storage Instructions:
