Black Sheep, a firm ewes milk cheese in a wax truckle, is one of Caws Cenarth’s newest varieties. It is deliciously creamy with a subtle nutty tang. 

Despite having only been developed in the past year or so, Black Sheep has already picked up some awards, including a Gold at the Royal Welsh Show 2019.
