Campagnola (literally “from the countryside”) is a medium-large ball of artisanal mozzarella fior di latte, ideal for sharing with your family and friends. Its unique taste and texture is impossible to find in anything other than daily made artisanal cheese. When consumed the same day that it’s made, it will preserve that unique flavor and texture that will make you never want to go back to anything else.

Our Campagnola is available in one format (400g) and will be prepared, individually packaged and delivered to you in its own brine, where it should be kept, with no refrigeration required, if consumed on the same day of production, in order to maintain its original snowy appearance and taste.
