Our Champagne Region Green Lentils offer a taste of luxury to jazz up your salads, chilis, stews, soups or as a nutritionally rich side to accompany your main dish.

Grown responsibly in the beautiful Champagne region they are rich in protein and fibre, with slow release carbs. Perfectly cooked for you to save you time, these are delicately seasoned with olive oil, onion, bay leaves and no added salt. Winner of the Free From 2023 Awards.

 

How To Use

These can be eaten hot or cold as they’re already perfectly cooked. To eat cold simply tear open, serve and enjoy. To heat in the microwave, make a small tear in top of pouch and heat for 90 seconds. Fluff up with a fork and serve. Or you can pan fry by adding 1 tbsp of oil in a non stick pan and stir over medium heat for 2 minutes.
