Spiced Red Cabbage is a raw & fermented alternative to the pickled red cabbage we get with Sunday Roast dinners. Made with a red wine reduction, it is juicy, tangy, slightly sweet with a subtle cinnamon and allspice finish. Perfect with roast vegetables, pork or in sandwiches.
It’s lacto-fermented which means it’s full of probiotic, good bacteria which is key to boosting your gut health. It’s raw and unpasteurised unlike some supermarket brands that treat their products with heat or preserve them in vinegar which conserves the product for onger but kills the good bacteria. Our priority is giving you the most nutritious and flavourful product possible.
There are no additives or preservatives except for sea salt.
