This salami is made with 100% Welsh PGI accredited beef. It is our hottest salami in terms of chilli strength but has a depth of fruity flavours to go alongside that. It is a far cry from commercial pepperoni as this is a traditionally made, fully fermented and air dried salami, but it can be used, sliced thinly, for many of the same purposes such as charcuterie boards and pizza toppings.
