Our pure beeswax comes from the same hives as Graham Johnson’s honey, produced by bees foraging the unspoilt coastal landscape north of the Blackwater Estuary in Essex. Collected during the natural honey extraction process, the wax is never bleached, overheated or chemically treated. It is gently rendered to preserve its natural golden colour and subtle honeyed aroma. This is truly raw, single-producer beeswax, reflecting the flowers, hedgerows and farmland around Tollesbury. Ideal for candles, polishes and skincare, it is a traditional, versatile product from a beekeeper who has worked with bees for over 30 years.

This pure, natural beeswax is a wonderfully versatile household staple. It is ideal for making clean-burning candles with a soft honey aroma, or for use in homemade furniture and leather polishes. Beeswax is also widely used in natural skincare, including balms, creams and lip salves, where it helps to protect and soften the skin. In the kitchen, it can be used to make reusable beeswax food wraps as a natural alternative to plastic. Unbleached and gently rendered, this beeswax is well suited to traditional crafts, practical household uses and simple, natural living.
