Made from goat's milk, Equinox is an aromatic, semi-soft goat’s milk cheese, rind washed in locally made Equinox ale from the Glastonbury Brewing Company.  With a creamy interior and a punchy rind that melts in the mouth.

Made with unpasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet.
