Recipe Bags this week: Mince-meat, Mince Pies & Spelt Promotion

Nicola at Beatbush is starting to set aside portions of Beef Suet for us now ahead of Christmas. We are offering a "make your own mincemeat" bundle this week - and suet is a key ingredient for a traditional mince meat. (Its really easy to handle as well - you just freeze it, and then grate off the amount you need). It makes enough mincemeat for around 40 mince pies (11p per pie). The earlier you make it, the better the flavours develop.

In addition to the mince meat, we are offering mince pie pastry bundles (they work out at about 22p per pie) - together they will ensure your mince pies are without equal in London - helping you to win friends, save money and find heartfelt satisfaction in this life.

From next week, we will also be offering a vegetarian mincemeat bundle (with veggie suet).
