Administration & Finance Assistant

We are looking for an individual to join the farm direct team as an administration & Finance (A&F) executive. Previous experience in within either a Finance and / or Administrative Role is important, and ideally with a minimum Finance qualification of AAT level 2 achieved.

Responsibilities & Duties

Your duties will be to manage the administrative and financial duties for the business, including:

maintaining key aspects of the financial side of the business: financial systems management - all data entry , management of all main ledgers, through to production of management accounts, and business performance analysis.
Additionally, you will fulfil all the duties for company administration: dealing with all external parties: HMRC, insurance policies, Companies House, Trade Groups and Bodies.

Excellent Attention to detail
 

Experience Required

We require education up to the age of 16 as a minimum. Any workplace experience gained in addition to this, will be beneficial including experience in a financial / administrative role.

Training

We will provide on the job training to you, and we additionally want you to be studying and taking exams for a financial qualification, and would provide funding towards this.


Pay & Rations

Hourly Rate, competitive, depending on experience.
