Monkfish Liver - An alternative to Foie Gras

We don't sell Foie Gras at farm Direct but we do have monkfish liver as a cheap and original alternative for a festive treat. It is aprized ingredient in Japan where it is used to make the delicacy Ankimo. The French also use it as a puree in soups. We Brits have yet to embrace it and it is a rare product to come across. Be at the vanguard of British cooking and give it a go this week at £12/kg.
