These brisling sardines are fished off the Coast of Scotland in the winter by local boats using the mid water pelagic trawl method. Loaded, smoked and packed, by hand, in Scotland. Packed with beneficial Omega 3 oils and lightly smoked, brisling are a smaller species of sardine that is native to the Scottish coasts.
