Pappardelle are large, very broad Tagliatelle. It is made using only premium quality Durum Wheat and 00 Flours and it features a high egg content (30%).They have a light and silky texture and take only four minutes to cook. They maintain their shape and bite exceptionally well during cooking. This is a very versatile pasta as it goes well with all kinds of sauces but they are traditionally paired with meat sauces such as wild boar or hare. Suitable for freezing.

Storage Instruction

  • Keep Refrigerated at 0-5C.
  • Once opened consume within 2 days.
  • Suitable for freezing.
  • Freeze on day of purchase and consume within 3 month, cook from frozen

Cooking Instructions

  1. Fresh: Cook for 4-5 minutes in boiling water.
  2. Frozen: Cook for 5-6 minutes in boiling water.
