With Blueish-Grey Skin and a Rich orange fresh, the Crown Prince squash definately lives up to its name. It has a sweet nutty taste but is also a beautiful vegetable that would look good as a mantlepeice. These treasures pair well with all Nuts, and Cheeses, and once cooked, the flesh can be stirred into rissoto, curries, pies and even made into a dessert!
