The Butcher: The sirloin deserves the full treatment, so our steaks look perfect and are well trimmed to provide the very best.
In The Kitchen: The less done to a sirloin steak the better in our mind. Season it well then cook it rare or medium, serve with homemade chips, grilled tomatoes and mushrooms.
