Marketing

We may use your profile data to form a view on what we think you may want or need, or what may be of interest to you. This is how we decide which products, services and offers may be relevant for you. We only use the data you provide to us directly for this purpose.

We strive to provide you with choices regarding certain personal data uses, particularly around marketing and advertising.

We only send electronic marketing - such as email marketing - to people who have previously bought products from us, or who have registered with us through our Website and this is in our legitimate interests. We will always offer a way out of receiving this marketing when you first purchase our products and in every marketing communication afterwards.

Where you have registered with us on our Website and have opted out of our newsletter, you will receive transactional emails that pertain to your purchase. These include a welcome email, receipts for your purchases and reminders to check out if you have left items in your basket. These emails are not considered marketing.

Where you have registered with us on our Website you also agree to receiving occasional offers from us (never more than 6 emails in one year) relevant service updates as well as an email with an anniversary discount code. We refer to these emails separately as ‘Offers & Discounts’, ‘Anniversary Discount’ and 'Service Updates'.  You can opt out out of receiving these emails at any time you wish by accessing your email settings under your ‘My Account’ page on our Website.

Where you have registered with us to hear an update when we deliver to your area we will only contact you expressly for this purpose. To receive any other marketing you will need to sign up for our newsletter.

Phone Calls

We will never use your provided phone number to call you for marketing purposes. We do not record phone calls. We will only connect your phone call to your customer profile in the event that you explicitly ask us to do so with information provided by you during the call, for purposes of performing a one-off customer service on your behalf.

You will receive text messages from us with updates about the delivery of your order on the day of delivery. The driver who is responsible for your delivery may call you if they are unable to locate the address that you have provided in your account.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure.
