A Taste of the West Silver Award winner in 2015, these tasty pork steaks are versatile and something to get your teeth into. By using slow growing Gloucester Old Spots, our pork is sweet and delicious.

Portion: 2 steaks (approx. 400g)

Serves: Up to 2 people


The Butcher: Our pork steaks come from the leg. We dry age the meat for up to 14 days which produces succulent, tasty steaks.

In The Kitchen: There isn’t much you can’t do with a pork steak, from braising to frying. It’s also a great freezer stand-by, perfect for mid-week stir frys, meat-and-two-veg or serving with a nice dollop of mash
