This week we are introducing Mutton from Deborah & Clive Ovenden at Old Hall Farm, Kent. Apparently, Mutton is defined as an adult sheep that has more than two permanent incisors (that's teeth) in wear.

Loin Chops, our mutton is cheaper than is younger lamb equivalent.
