Affordable Dorset Shellfish

Dorset Fisherman Les Lawrence bringing up locally caught lobster & scallops this weekend - all caught on Thursday & Friday, these will be very fresh and stunning value compared to buying them in the shops (£19 per kg for lobster - 75 / 85p per scallops - about half what you would pay in shops). They will only be crawling for the next 2-3 months - snap them up before they are all exported to Spain.
Lobsters will come with full instructions on how to prepare & cook - so treat yourself this bank holiday weekend!
