Mark from Herons Farm is cooking us something a bit different this week:
6x Home made fish cakes - which contain 4 types of fish (coley, salmon, cod and haddock) and no mash in sight.
Tzatziki - the classic Greek dip, perfect for the summer mezze or your picknet basket.
Chocolate brownies - for those of you with a sweet tooth
As well as the usual:
Quiches (Baby Spinach & Blue Cheese and Mediterranean) - available in 4" or 6"
Hummus
Coconut loaf
Sausage rolls
