This week Shokoh from the Curious Yellow Kafe is making Rhubarb compote from our Thin Forced Rhubarb from Yorkshire. Her Swedish salads and sides went down a treat last week - and now she is adding 'Middle Eastern' Aubergine Dip to her repertoire.

Goufran, a local Islington resident will also be making some spring rolls and pasties for us this week. Products should be available from Wednesday morning.
