1st Asparagus Of The Season

After a delayed start to the season (due to the cold weather), this week we have the first English asparagus of the year. Our asparagus come from Abbey Farm in Essex, where it is picked on Thursday before arriving to us on Friday morning. We're not sure how other do it, but it cant get much fresher than that. Buy 1 bunch for £2.90 or 2 bunches for £5.
