I'm excited to let you know I'll be taking part in Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution Day - Saturday 19 May - in collaboration with Wellbeing in the City. This day marks a positive response to the growing concerns around food and diets issues, including the effects of processed foods and obesity. It's a day for chefs, restaurants, budding cooks and food lovers to get involved and celebrate real food and the move towards a healthier community.
I'd like to invite you along to my Superfoods Mezze Feast inspired by recent travels in Lebanon. You'll be treated to a stunning spread of twelve dishes – each naturally charged with superfoods. In addition to some of the classic mezze dishes, there will be lesser known dishes such as wild thyme salad and moutabel. All dishes are vegetarian and prepared with fresh ingredients.
This is an evening to connect, contribute and ultimately celebrate the joy of real food!
