Warming spring sunshine brings a particularly verdant feel to our range this week!
We have the first spring greens in this week, as well as returning "overwintered" spinach. This is spinach that has been planted in the autumn, and lain dormant for the last few weeks, but now springs back to life for a final flourish, before dying off in the new few weeks.
It is mature (so not like baby leaf, and not good for salads), sweet, and very tasty - why not try it in our Sag Aloo recipe box - super healthy, filling and tasty!
