If you drink MILK, then you should try Rose Veal Mince....

20 June 2012

If you drink milk, then how about trying this week Rose Veal mince - why this strange connection we hear you ask?

Because this Cornish Veal comes entirely from unwanted dairy bull calves that obviously cannot produce milk and are as a dairy breed of cattle is not considered suitable for mature beef. In short, dairy bull calves are in inevitable by product of our very big demand for cow's milk.

So if you do normally order lamb, pork of beef mince, then why not give Rose Veal mince a go instead, and know that you are doing a good thing by using a product that would otherwise go to waste.

Thank you!
