Locally Made Fresh Pasta

This week we are introducing fresh hand-made pasta from La Tua Pasta in London. Regular stallholders at both Broadway and Borough markets, la tua pasta have built up a reputation for unbelievably fresh pasta made using traditional Italian methods. This week we are offering fresh spaghetti, tagliatelle, gnocci and squid ink tagliatelle as well as 4 different raviolis and tortelloni.
