Introducing our new range of salumi hand-made right here in Islington.Luca Picco, backed by 80 years of family salumi making in Italy, hasestablished on Highbury corner with the aim of producing salumi using the bestof British free range meats.
All products contain 100% British pork and the finest spices from around theworld. Try his - sale & pepe salami (a simply spiced salamifor serious meat lovers), finnocchiona (almost spreadable, great to use it in meatballsand pasta sauces) and Sobressada (suitable for pizza, or can beslightly fried for sauces and stews).
